He recently relocated from Melbourne to Sydney with his girlfriend Martha Kalifatidis.
And on Tuesday, former Married At First Sight contestant Michael Brunelli, 29, revealed he has quit his job as a school teacher and is working as a full-time personal trainer and influencer.
‘I have taken time off and I’m focusing on building my own online training personal training brand,’ he told The Daily Telegraph.
He went on to say: ‘I’ve helped kids get healthier and fitter so I want to transfer that over to adults now and see if I can impact some parents.’
Michael was a primary school sports teacher before he appeared on Channel Nine’s controversial show.
It’s there he met his partner Martha who swept him off his feet.
When the couple are not busy taking selfies, the duo are often seen flaunting their trim figures in vigorous workouts.
Last month, Michael dragged his reluctant girlfriend to the gym for what he described as ‘a high intensity session’.
Sharing a series of videos to his Instagram Stories, Michael revealed Martha had convinced an unsuspecting 19-year-old holidaymaker named Tiarne to participate.
‘We’ve got Marty down there. We’ve also got Tiarne, who just happened to walk past us in the gym, and Marty roped her into the session, so she has to deal with that, too,’ he explained.
As Michael coached Martha through a series of exercises, the beauty vlogger made a series of annoyed faces at her boyfriend of almost a year.
At the end of the punishing workout, Michael told Tiarne she had ‘smashed’ the workout, adding that Martha wasn’t quite up to the same standard.
